Rating Summary
Shadow Wolf Mysteries: Curse of the Full Moon & Shadow Wolf Mysteries: Bane of the Family is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Alcohol Reference, Blood, Mild Violence, and Use of Tobacco. This is a hidden-object adventure game in which players assume the role of a detective investigating a town's werewolf attacks. Players solve puzzles and search through screens filled with jumbled objects to advance the storyline. In addition to some brief depictions of violence (e.g., snarling wolves leaping at players' screen; players' character shooting wolves with a tranquilizer dart/crossbow), a variety of sequences portray the aftermath of fatal attacks: dead bodies (some bloodstained) and/or blood-splattered environments. A couple of sequences require players to fill containers with red wine to collect as inventory items. One character is depicted smoking from a tobacco pipe.
