Pid

This is an action platformer in which players assume the role of a young boy stranded on a remote robot planet. As players traverse through side-scrolling levels, they must avoid hazards (e.g., spike traps, rocket launchers) and use “cartoony” bombs to defeat robot enemies that disappear amid scattered debris/puffs of smoke. Boss fights can be more frenetic, and are accompanied by colorful explosions/laser fire/groaning sounds as enemies' health meters are depleted. Some violent references in dialogue contribute to the tone of the game (e.g., “[He changed me, made me hurt people,” “Give me all your belongings blue boy!” and “[H]ey kid, looking to purchase some heat?”).
