Great Big War Game

This is a strategy game in which players command bobble-headed armies in various combat missions. From a top-down perspective, players position troops and armored vehicles (e.g., tanks, planes, SUVs) on gridded maps to kill enemies in turn-based combat. Battles are accompanied by gunfire/explosion effects, groans of pain, and close-up camera angles. Although the art style is “cartoony” and stylized, there are frequent instances of red blood effects: blood spurts when soldiers are shot; blood stains remaining on the ground after enemies are killed. A handful of cutscenes include somewhat suggestive dialogue (e.g., “This enemy commander used to make jokes about my posterior. So we're going to exploit the secret passage to the rear of his base” and “I need a big, strong man to help me into this new military issue bikini”); in one cutscene, a calendar in the background depicts a close-up of a woman's cleavage. During the course of the game, one recurring character is depicted smoking a cigar.
