Macabre Mysteries: Curse of the Nightingale

This is a hidden-object adventure game in which players investigate the circumstances behind a man's mysterious disappearance. Players solve puzzles and search through screens filled with jumbled objects to advance the storyline. Dark thematic elements are present throughout the game (e.g., ghostly figures that rush the screen; the body of a boy who was “petrified to death”). Some scenes include brief acts of violence: a man getting punched in slow motion; two characters crashing through a top-floor window (e.g., “The impact of the fall killed them, and their death was ruled a joint suicide.”). One character is depicted with red burn marks on his arms, and small blood splotches on his clothing.
