Rating Summary
This is a flight simulation game in which players pilot realistic planes during World War II–era combat missions. From first- and third-person perspectives, players use machine guns and bombs to destroy enemy aircraft, ground vehicles, and battleships. The firefights are highlighted by realistic gunfire and large explosions; planes burst into fiery wreckage and scattered debris. Some sequences contain historical black-and-white footage from the war: military vehicles getting bombed; wounded soldiers getting carried off the battlefield. During the course of the game, players can customize planes with a variety of decals, including a few that depict pin-up girls in outfits that expose moderate cleavage. The words “damn” and “hell” can be heard in the dialogue.
