WARP

WARP is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Strong Language, and Violence. This is a puzzle-action game in which players help an alien creature escape from an underwater research facility. From a 3/4–overhead perspective, players traverse through maze-like environments and use a “warp” ability to teleport between rooms or into nearby objects. Players can also use this move to detonate human enemies (e.g., scientists, armed soldiers) from the inside out; these attacks sometimes result in scattered body parts and large splashes of blood that stain the ground. Combat is highlighted by realistic gunfire, cries of pain, and large explosions. Some animated cutscenes contain close-up depictions of blood-splattered rooms and/or characters exploding into pieces. The words “f**k,” “sh*t,” and “a*shole” can be heard in the dialogue.
