Rating Summary
Haunted Legends: The Queen of Spades is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, Mild Violence, and Use of Alcohol. This is a hidden-object game in which players assume the role of a detective who must break a mysterious curse in a haunted mansion. Players solve puzzles and search for specific items among scenes filled with jumbled objects to advance the storyline. During the course of the game, some scenes depict the aftermath of violence (e.g., dead bodies slumped over furniture); these sequences are sometimes accompanied by small pools of blood. In one cutscene, a woman is thrown to her death from a window—players must examine her body for clues. As the game progresses, players periodically collect human body parts (e.g., a heart, a disembodied head) to complete various tasks. In one sequence, players use a rum concoction to sneak past a guard, who drinks from the bottle and promptly falls asleep.
