This is a "point-and click" adventure game in which players follow the story of Nancy Drew as she goes undercover to investigate a haunted movie set. Players search for clues and interview suspects related to a string of mysterious accidents. Some scenes involve violent situations such as a snake lunging at the player, characters trapped in a collapsing mine, and a robot shooting a fake gun. In one part of the game, there is a flyer that depicts a skeleton smoking a cigarette.
