White Knight Chronicles II

This is an action role-playing game in which players control characters who battle evil forces and attempt to rescue a princess in a medieval world. Players use swords, axes, spears, staffs, and magic to defeat human soldiers and fantasy creatures (e.g., dragons, trolls, zombies). Characters grunt or moan when hit; slashing and striking sounds are heard during combat. Cutscenes also depict instances of violence: characters getting stabbed/impaled by swords; villagers fleeing from a demon while pleading for their lives. Some female characters are depicted in revealing outfits, and players can occasionally manipulate camera angles for zoomed-in views. In one brief sequence, a succubus creature's breasts and buttocks are fully exposed. Dialogue also contains some suggestive material (e.g., “Fine wines are like women . . . Alas, one lifetime isn't enough to sample them all” and “Hey, good lookin'! You look like you could use a rest. Want some company?”). The game also contains a few instances of alcohol use: characters sipping from mugs; characters depicted drunk (e.g., “Gods, how'd I get so hammered? . . . I didn't mean to drink so much . . . honesht!” and “Lishen, I haven't . . . I haven't always been a drunk.”). The words “bastard,” “a*s,” and “p*ssed off” appear in dialogue.
