This is a game based on the TV game show Wipeout. Players compete in obstacle courses that include hazards such as "Big Balls," "Sucker Punch," "Fling Set," and "Smack Wall Sweeper." Unsuccessful attempts at obstacles (i.e., "wipeouts") can cause contestants to fall into pools of mud and water; wipeouts often depict flailing bodes, slow-motion replays, and thumping sound effects. The opening sequence contains live-action footage from the show: contestants' bodies flail wildly as they are struck by padded obstacles or fall off platforms/balls. Throughout the game, commentators can be heard making comical remarks (e.g., "Well slap my rear and call me Paul Revere, this contestant's got a ring!" and "Welcome to the Suckerpunch—we've got the suckers, and the wall provides the punch.").
