Star Fox 64 3D

This is a 3D action game in which players assume the role of Fox McCloud, a spaceship pilot that must stop an evil monkey scientist from taking over the galaxy. Players lead animal-like comrades (i.e., a toad, rabbit, and falcon) on various missions, firing lasers and missiles at enemy vessels that disappear in colorful explosions. Combat can become somewhat frenetic, with multiple enemies bombarding players at once; space battles are accompanied by laser sounds, fantastical light effects, and exclamations when pilots are shot down (e.g., "Nooooo!" and "Aaaaaaaaaah!"). Some robotic bosses break into fragments and disappear amid larger explosions when defeated.
