Cate West 2: The Velvet Keys

This is a hidden-object game in which players assume the role of a psychic investigator attempting to rescue the victims of a curse. Players solve puzzles and search for specific items on screens filled with jumbled objects as they uncover clues to advance the storyline. A handful of still-frame cutscenes depict brief acts or consequences of violence (e.g., a man getting punched in the face; a dead body lying on the ground; a character getting shot at). Some sequences require players to search for alcohol-related products (e.g., champagne and wine bottles); some characters occasionally reference alcohol (e.g., "For our wedding night, we got a little tipsy drinking so much of this."). The word "damn" appears in the dialogue.
