Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II Retribution

This is a real-time strategy game and stand-alone expansion that also works in conjunction with Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II – Chaos Rising. Players control one of six factions that engage in interplanetary military campaigns. From an overhead perspective, players command armed units to complete mission objectives and battle various enemies (e.g., orcs, robots, aliens, demons, human soldiers). Battles are highlighted by realistic machine gunfire, explosions, and cries of pain from injured characters. Blood splatter effects frequently occur when enemies are hit; some enemies explode when killed, leaving body parts and large bloodstains on the ground. One sequence depicts a zoomed-in view of a monster whose exposed stomach cavity reveals its intestines.
