This is an action-racing game in which players solve police cases by engaging in various missions: checkpoint races, high-speed chases, disabling criminal vehicles, etc. During these missions, players can force nearby vehicles to crash, resulting in visible damage such as cracked windshields, smashed-in hoods, and fiery explosions; collisions are generally accompanied by tallies of property damage. In some sequences, players use guns to shoot at and incapacitate fleeing vehicles. The words "damn" and "hell" can be heard in the dialogue.
