Rango

This is an adventure-platformer in which players assume the role of Rango, a lizard sheriff charged with protecting a town. From a third-person perspective, players explore Wild West environments and use a "cartoony" blaster to defeat animal bandits (e.g., rodents, reptiles, flying insects). Battles sometimes include melee-style punches and kicks, and are highlighted by realistic gunshot sounds and mild explosions. Enemies cry out in pain when punched or shot, and defeated animals disappear in puffs of smoke or gold star badges. The word "hell" appears in the dialogue (e.g., "I'm in 8-bit hell!").
