Moon Diver

This is an action game in which players control ninjas that must save a post-apocalyptic Earth from destruction. Players traverse side-scrolling platforms and use swords and special moves (e.g., spinning attacks) to hack and slash through waves of robotic creatures; defeated enemies generally fall off-screen or disappear in colorful bursts of light (some boss characters collapse amid larger explosions). Cries of pain and sword-slashing sounds can be heard throughout the game.
