Rating Summary
This is a simulation game in which players can build their own cities on realistic 3D maps. Players are challenged to create the right combination of social services, building expansions, job opportunities, and leisure activities for their cities to flourish. In a handful of animations, an elderly woman gets into brief scuffles with young men; the characters punch each other in a slapstick manner.
