Dairojo! Samurai Defenders

This is a tower-defense strategy game in which players attempt to protect their castle from invaders during the Edo period of Japanese history. From a bird's eye perspective, players arrange small "cartoony" characters (e.g., gunners, archers, cannons) that battle incoming waves of enemy units. Battle is depicted with moderate combat sounds and flying projectiles; adversaries blink white when hit, and disappear upon defeat.
