Royal Envoy: Collector's Edition

This is a strategy game in which players construct various buildings to repair a series of storm-ravaged island villages. Players must manage their time efficiently as they generate island resources and collect revenue until each town's goals are met. In one sequence, a character comments that tournaments are held in her town "on the sport of pipe smoking."
