Rating Summary
Magic: The Gathering - Tactics is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Mild Blood and Mild Fantasy Violence.

This is a turn-based strategy game in which players challenge opponents with cards that contain pictures of creatures and warriors. Presented on a grid-like game area, the game allows players to use magical spells and fantastical projectiles (e.g., fireballs, light particles) to defeat various creatures. Damage is indicated by a loss of hit points and creatures slumping over and disappearing from the board. Players can also view larger illustrations of characters and magical spells, some of which depict various blood effects: zombies with exposed bones/organs; goblins that feast on dead creatures. Some cards depict human-like creatures with bleeding cuts or scrapes, while others show fantasy creatures and humans near small pools of blood.
