Rating Summary
Mary Kay Andrews: The Fixer Upper is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Mild Language and Mild Sexual Themes.

This is a seek-and-find adventure game in which players assume the role of Dempsey Killebrew, a Washington lobbyist who attempts to recover from a political scandal. Players participate in a variety of mini-games and search for specific items among scenes of jumbled objects to restore a family estate. Some of the on-screen text and dialogue reference sexual material (e.g., "Nobody ever said anything about prostitutes," ". . . spotted romping with call girls on a resort's nude beach," and "The only reason you're doing this is because I wouldn't sleep with you."). The words "a*s," "damn," and "hell" also appear in dialogue.
