This adventure game, based on the classic 19th-century story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, follows the storyline of a raging epidemic that has overtaken the city of London. Players navigate dark underground caverns as they collect items and solve puzzles to discover the origin of the disease. Some still-frame images depict the corpses of diseased victims: an illustration of bodies with small pools of blood beneath them; a still-image of a large pile of corpses (some partially nude) in the street. During one sequence, players defeat a robot-like machine by activating a statue with a sword; in another scene, the character of Mr. Hyde can be killed in a spike trap. One brief sequence depicts a woman lying on the floor with her buttocks partially exposed.
