Rating Summary
The Fight: Lights Out is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood, Language, Simulated Gambling, and Violence.

This is a boxing simulation game in which players fight in unregulated matches with non-professional opponents. Challenges are held in underground circuits, where players exploit various fighting styles. In addition to both head and body shots, players can choose "dirty" moves (e.g., low blows, headlocks) and punch with brass knuckles or spiked gloves. Realistic bruises, cuts, and blood appear on fighters' bodies when they sustain injuries. Players may use virtual currency to place bets on their own fights or as online spectators for other matches. Language such as "sh*t" and "a*s" can be heard in the dialogue.
