This is a tattoo simulation game in which players assume the role of an artist who interacts with clients in a tattoo studio. Players select designs based on clients' personal preferences and gain experience points for their inking precision and speed. If players stray outside the design lines or spend too long on a particular area, small lines of blood may appear on clients' skin. Some tattoo designs depict female characters in bikinis or moderately suggestive pin-up poses. During the course of the game, some characters flirt with each other or use mild innuendo (e.g., "Am I too old for you?" "I just need to know which type of woman do you like," and "Honey, I leave that to your imagination.").
