This is a mixed martial arts simulation game in which players can control their choice of many real-world fighters. Players can use a variety of fighting styles (e.g., kick boxing, wrestling, grappling) in order to knock their opponents unconscious or cause them to give up. Repeated punching and kicking moves can cause cuts and bruises on opponents and leave small blood stains on the mat. Ring girls are somewhat provocatively dressed and their breasts jiggle slightly. Players may also add tattoos to their wrestlers, some of which depict women in provocative poses and attire. Language such as "bada*s," "b*tch," and "a*shole" can be heard in the dialogue, in addition to references to alcohol (e.g., "I'm hung over," "people buying beer," and "…a week of sake bombs...").
