Wackylands Boss

This is an action game in which players control a monster that seeks vengeance by attempting to destroy a kingdom. Players fight their way through multiple swarms of enemies in side-scrolling "beat'em up"-style gameplay. Players destroy castles and stomp on small knights, set wizards on fire, and attack hordes of charging enemies. The small enemy figures cry out in pain when hit or set on fire. The monster is frequently struck by "cartoony" lances, bombs, fireballs, and cannons.
