This is an arcade-style action game in which players assume the role of a man or a woman on the run from the Mafia. Players ride on office chairs and vacuums as they race through city streets. Points are earned by knocking over the Mafia and doing combo moves. Mafia enemies sometimes swing sticks at players to knock them out. Collisions and hits are depicted in super slow motion, with exaggerated facial expressions and sound effects. The female character's breasts and buttocks jiggle slightly during the racing.
