Making History II: The War of the World

This is a turn-based strategy game in which players engage in World War II combat missions. Viewed from a top-down perspective, the game depicts a map of the world divided into regions. Players can research technologies, negotiate alliances, manage the economy, and wage war against enemy countries. Tanks, aircraft, ships, and infantry are represented by opposing unit icons facing each other in battle; explosions are represented by large yellow stars, and missiles look like small gray icons. When a player loses, a defeat screen shows a dead soldier stained with blood lying under a white flag.
