This is an adventure game in which players pilot a "cartoony" airplane across the countryside. Players pop balloons, fly through tunnels and rings, and shoot water balloons at other planes to win points. Players can place a targeting crosshair on other planes and shoot several rounds to deplete opponents' life meters. Scrolling text includes the phrase "Mayor Fart stinks."
