This is an arcade-style sports game in which players score points by tossing ping-pong balls into paper cups. Some of the text in the game contains the word damn, and there are numerous parodied movie quotes (e.g., "You better get it up… or I'm gonna have to Pong Toss" and "First you wanna kill me, now you wanna Pong Toss"). Additionally, there is one reference to "gin joints."
