This is a seek-and-find game in which players follow a story about Mackenzie "Mac" Elliot, a wedding photographer who enters a romantic relationship with a man named Carter. As players search for specific items among scenes of jumbled objects, they can engage in mini-games (decorating cakes, arranging flowers, taking wedding photos, etc.) and progress through voice-over dialogue and still-frame cutscenes that tell the story. Some dialogue contains suggestive references and innuendo; for example, "[He] notes that doing the dishes together, if necessary, could be employed as foreplay," "A kiss at the door. That's all. Yeah for now," and "Then come upstairs. I think we need to make up." There are also references to a "love affair" and a "cheating best man." The game contains some alcohol references (e.g., "I needed wine" and "A little whiskey does a man good") and an extended sequence about a "drunken groomsman."
