Zaxxon

This is an arcade-style space shooter in which players control a small fighter craft that shoots lasers at enemy ships, missiles, and space fortresses. Viewed from an overhead perspective, players navigate through the fortresses while avoiding numerous obstacles (e.g., force fields, turrets, incoming laser fire). Ships and objects explode into yellow and red bursts when hit.
