This is an action game in which players perform missions as gang members in an urban environment. Presented from an overhead perspective, the game allows players to control a small gangster figure that can drive around the city, earn money by selling "goodies," or roam freely on foot. While roaming around, players can choose to shoot pedestrians in order to steal their money/goods, and can also run over people, punch pedestrians or rivals, and attack the police. Players can be arrested by police officers if their "Wanted Status" remains high for too long. Some female characters are depicted in revealing outfits and provocative poses, and engage in dialogue such as, "You really are my favorite customer. My sexiest, too," and "He says I'm the best? Then why wouldn't he leave his wife?" One female character's breasts jiggle slightly as she walks. There are also some characters who are depicted holding cigars/cigarettes every time they appear on the screen.
