Rating Summary
Natalie Brooks 3: Mystery of Hillcrest High is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Alcohol Reference and Mild Violence.

This is a seek-and-find puzzle game in which players search for hidden items on a screen full of jumbled objects. The items are used for clues as the central character, Natalie Brooks, investigates the disappearance of a childhood friend. During the course of the investigation, Natalie and her friends sometimes face dangerous circumstances: a villain—attempting to escape—tosses dynamite at Natalie and her friends; Natalie tries to evade and incapacitate a gun-wielding thug; and a character is held against her will at gunpoint (e.g., "One move and she dies!"). These depictions are not user-controlled; they are instead displayed in a stop-motion/comic-book-panel style (i.e., predominately cartoon-like still images). The text-based dialogue sometimes references murder (e.g., "…she and her accomplice were planning to murder someone!" and "Does she want to kill me?"), and there is one line that mentions alcohol ("Well, they always have a lot of guns, money, and booze").
