Rating Summary
Code of Honor: The French Foreign Legion is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood, Language, and Violence.
This is a first-person shooter in which players assume the role of Claude Boulet, a soldier from the French Foreign Legion who fights in combat missions through West Africa. Players use realistic rifles, machine guns, and grenade launchers to shoot and kill enemy soldiers and rebels. Players are able to employ explosives, shoot enemies at close range, snipe them from a distance, or engage in close-quarter combat with knives. When enemies are shot, blood usually spurts out and splashes onto the ground and walls; blood stains remain on the ground/walls until players complete the mission. Some profanity (e.g., "sh*t," bastard," and "a*s") can be heard in the dialogue.
