This is a fighting game in which players select characters from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle franchise to compete in tournament-style battles. Mutant turtles, robots, and humans can attack each other with weapons such as swords, hockey sticks, and walking canes. Players navigate around the animated environments (e.g., moving trains, "Wild West" scenes, and city skylines); avoid falling rocks, laser blasts, and giant alligators; and attack and defend against the often "cartoony" combatants. Sword swipes, punching sounds, and colorful bursts of light accompany the brawling action. One female character wears a skin-tight yellow jumpsuit during battle; bonus artwork contains old comic book covers, some of which depict women with pronounced breasts or cleavage.
