Daniel X: The Ultimate Power

This is a side-scrolling action adventure game in which players follow the story of an alien hunter named Daniel X. Players use telekinetic powers and hand-to-hand combat (e.g., punching and kicking) to fight aliens, small flying larva, and robots. Some alien enemies and bosses carry swords or shoot lasers at Daniel. Realistic punching sounds and cries of pain (e.g., "Ahhh!") accompany the battle sequences. The dialogue occasionally takes a dark tone when characters discuss planetary genocide and the death of characters, or make threatening remarks (e.g., "…I survive to build my new empire atop your charred and broken remains!").
