This is a horror-simulation game based on the movie franchise Juon: The Grudge. Most sequences are filled with foreboding and suspense, as players, carrying only a flashlight, wander through the dark passages of a cursed, mysterious house. As players explore the dark environments, they are pursued and attacked by a terrifying female ghost. Players can be strangled by the hair tentacles of a ghost, attacked by a litter of cats, and pushed from the top of a roof. During the course of the game, players will encounter realistic dark red streaks of blood: floors, stairs, and walls are splattered with blood; bloody handprints are depicted in one chilling scene; the female ghost's face and clothing are speckled with blood; and blood surrounds objects such as trash bags, knives, and boxes.
