This is a simulation game in which players assume the role of a veterinary student in competition with other students. Players can diagnose and treat animals with broken bones, tumors, twisted intestines, etc. The cause of some injuries include abuse or neglect (e.g., "she suffered some abuse at the hands of an illegal pet trader" and "Crazy kids went cow tipping and they got my Bessie…She got pretty beat up").
