Neo Steam: The Shattered Continent

Players take part in a war between nations of creatures vying for control over an ancient resource in this massively multiplayer online (MMO) game. Players must complete quests to "level up" their customizable characters, while engaging in frequent hand-to-hand combat against humanoids (e.g., elves, lupine, humans) and fantastical creatures (e.g., giant insects, skeletons, carnivorous plants, and robots). Hammers, swords, and, occasionally, firearms can be used to attack opponents that cry out in pain when defeated. In one dungeon area, a large stone slab is speckled with several spots of red blood. Some female creatures are occasionally depicted wearing outfits that expose deep cleavage; one blue demon/humanoid wears armor that partially reveals her breasts, buttocks, and pelvic area. Quest objectives occasionally require players to find ingredients for wine and brandy or bringing wine to characters that drink (e.g., "*hic* Why's everything spinning 'round"). The expletive "bastard" sometimes appears in the dialogue.
