This is an action adventure game in which players assume the role of a mountain climber in search of his missing brother. Set in a haunted Himalayan town in the 1980s, the game allows players to explore ritual sites, dark abandoned houses, ghost-filled chambers, and mountainous regions. Some of the environments are littered with skeletons and corpses, while a few walls and floors are stained with streaks of dark red blood. During a hallucination sequence, a ghost repeatedly stabs a character on a sacrificial altar that is covered with a pool of red blood. Players can also attack ghosts and demons with an ice-pick, resulting in brief spurts of blood. In one flashback sequence, a man forcefully strikes a female character after she refuses to engage in a Tantric sexual ritual. It is strongly implied that there was an attempted rape, though the dialogue suggests that no sexual act occurred (e.g., "Mingma wouldn't go through with it!...after all the crap I put up with!").
