This is a strategy game in which players command emergency units (EMS, police, Fire, etc.) to respond to crisis scenarios. Viewed from an overhead perspective, players direct units to rescue or treat injured civilians who are the victims of lootings, gas station robberies, car accidents, fires, earthquakes, and other natural disasters. Although acts of violence are never depicted, players can sometimes witness explosions, burning planes, and civilians thrown to the ground.
