Rating Summary

This is a futuristic role-playing game (RPG) in which players navigate through a post-apocalyptic world (i.e., Earth in the year 2154) and perform various quests. Players shift between a first-person and third-person perspective, as they attack, harvest, or loot enemy factions by using axes, pistols, and rifles. Blood sometimes sprays from the bodies of injured characters, and pools of blood can be seen near the bodies of corpses. Some environments depict hanging corpses, heads on pikes, strewn arms and legs, and a mass human grave. During the course of the game, players may encounter merchants that sell fictional healing drugs (e.g., Stimulants, "Bolster," "Clear Mind"). An addictive drug called "Storm" is prominently featured in on one of the missions. Players have the ability to customize female avatars so that they wear only a bra and panties, which exposes portions of the characters' buttocks. The game also includes a reference to female sex organs and "blue balls." Some profanity (e.g., "sh*t," "a*sholes," and "b*tch") can be heard or read in the dialogue.
