This is a fantasy role-playing game (RPG) in which players control a character named Killian on a quest to prevent an evil force from gaining power. Players use a variety of weapons (swords, axes, spears) and magic attacks to battle monsters, demons, and mutant creatures in turn-based combat. In one cutscene, a character jumps on the back of a giant spider-like creature and stabs it several times. Quick bursts of blood shoot out as the enemy is defeated. Some female characters wear low-cut tops that expose cleavage, while other characters' breasts jiggle during combat. During the course of the game, characters can replenish their health by consuming alcohol in town bars. One character is depicted smoking a pipe and briefly discusses his smoking habits. Some expletives (e.g., "bastard," "hell," and "damn") can be heard in the dialogue.
