This is a simulation game in which players can explore new lands, build settlements and cities, and interact with new cultures. Players follow the story of a prince and his noblemen on their journey to the Far East. Story elements include dialogue about war, riots, plague, and betrayal (e.g., "Do not call for my help…when they drive a blade through your trusting heart"). During the player's journey by sea, players can battle pirate ships by using cannonballs. Players can also direct soldiers to battle on land, depicted by shaking houses and constant screaming sound effects. Some dialogue contains the expletive "damned," while characters occasionally reference alcohol (e.g., "Your truth bedazzles more than wine.").
