This is a farming simulation/role-playing game in which players assume the role of an adventurer who can performs quests, develop relationships, and pursue trades such as cooking and foraging. Players can explore dungeons and battle various enemy creatures (e.g., giant insects, slime monsters, and giant rodents) by using swords, axes, hammers, and magical attacks. Realistic sounds of battle include sword/axe swipes and cries of pain. During the course of the game, players can pursue relationships with female characters that may lead to courtship, marriage, and starting a family. Some female characters are depicted with provocative attire (e.g., exposed cleavage), while a sequence in a bathhouse contains a possible insinuation about female breast size. Patrons at a tavern sometimes consume wine, slur their speech, or make comments about alcohol ("...that first drink after work is the best). The expletive "pissed off" can sometimes be heard in the dialogue.
