Alex Kidd: The Lost Stars

This is a 2D side-scrolling game in which players control a monkey-like boy that runs and jumps though whimsical environments in search of the 12 zodiac signs. Players must avoid obstacles and can shoot gusts of wind at enemy creatures to make them vanish in a cloud of smoke. One of the enemies is a small, "cartoony" figure that appears naked from behind, wiggling his posterior and releasing skull-like projectiles.
