Rating Summary

This is side-scrolling action game in which players assume the role of police officers whose mission is to take down a Tokyo crime syndicate. Players engage in frequent hand-to-hand combat and can use various firearms (guns, rocket launchers, etc.) to defeat enemies. Enemies react to getting attacked by grunting or crying in pain, falling to the ground, and disappearing when killed. While no blood appears in gameplay, some still images and cutscenes depict blood on or near characters' bodies, including a dead man lying in a pool of blood. Some female characters wear outfits with exposed cleavage, and dialogue may contain suggestive references (e.g., "sex sells" and "I'm no transvestite, but I'd love to be in your pants."). Characters are sometimes depicted smoking cigarettes or talking about wanting cigarettes, while dialogue also makes references to alcohol (e.g., "I'll open a bottle of our finest bourbon" and "drunk driving"). Characters sometimes use the expletives "damn" and "a*s" during the storyline.
