Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals is a point-and-click adventure game in which players assume the role of a man trying to solve a mystery surrounding his father's disappearance. Guards and monsters chase the player's character during several sequences; when the player does not successfully evade the enemy, the screen turns red and screams are heard. Some guards are dispatched by setting booby traps; in one sequence, the player's character sets two guards up to be electrocuted. A small trickle of red blood can be seen coming from the mouth of a corpse during one scene.
