Rating Summary
Populous DS is a strategy game where players use grids to shape the landscape and to sustain life forms. Players build civilizations with different gods and attempt to shepherd worshippers, which in turn increases the power of their gods. Players' gods and demons can also perform miracle attacks, unleashing natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, tornados, fire) to destroy worshippers and their houses. Some of the Goddesses wear slightly revealing outfits, while descriptions of their attributes are somewhat suggestive (e.g., "insatiable desire…embodiment of indulgence").
